Cases of other categories include the registartion of the property rights, identifying the right of certain category of a person, conducting certain activities or their prohibition, abolition of the right to share the property, etc., also the issues asserted by the court via the agreement reached by the parties.
Present the following documents:
After the registration of the case classified as the other category, an anforcement officer sends a notification to a debtor to fulfil the court decision voluntarily within 7 days. If the case has to be enforced immediately, a relevant statement is sent to a debtor informing her/him to fulfil the decision immediately. If the demand isn't met by a debtor, an enforcement officer visits the address indicated in enforcement sheet and ensures the full enforcement of the assignment.

An enforcement officer is authorized to deliver the case qualified as non-fulfilment of the court decision to Chief Prosecutor's Office.
