Do you have legal decision made by the court of foreign state and don't you know the rule of its enforcement?
In compliance with international private law and the agreement signed between the states about the mutual aid, the court decision recognized by the Georgian court and the enforcement sheet extracted by the competent Georgian court is sent to NBE via the Ministry of Justice of Georgia according to the location of a debtor. The Supreme Court of Georgia is considered to be the competence institution for that. The enforcement is carried out according to the Law on Enforcement Proceedings of Georgia taking into account the category of the case to be enforced.
