Dismantling

- Is anybody conducting illegal construction efforts on your immovable property, thus, violating your right as an owner?

You are authorized to apply to National Bureau of Enforcement presenting the court decision/resolution of the Administrative Body (an official)

You have to present the following documents:

• Enforcement sheet (original)

• Certified (by a notary, court or an Administrative Body (an official) copy of the decision/resolution

• Receipt for payment of the service due -100 GEL

• ID of an assigner

• Warrant (in case of representation)

The enforcement of the resolution starts immadiately after a statement about voluntary fulfilment of the decision within 7 days has been delivered to a law-breaker. The statement includes the date of dismantling efforts if the decision isn't fulfilled in due terms. In case the statement isn't followed by the law-breaker, an enforcement officer is authorized to apply to the local self-government institutions, relevant territorial bodies of MIA or Enforcement Police.

All the enforcement-related costs are covered by a law-breaker.
