On decisions defined by the items "a"- "d" of part 1 of Article 268 of Civil Code of Georgia (1. On misappropriation of alimony; 2. On payments for compensation of damage caused by disability or other health damage as well as death of provider; 3. On appropriation of salary to employer in the amount of at least 3 months; 4. On reinstatement of illegally released or transferred employee) as well as penalties implied for by the criminal (except cases provided for in item 15 of article 38 of Law of Georgia "On Enforcement Administration") and administration legislation, amounts paid to the benefit of the state budget of Georgia, including state customs payment and decision on sale of debtor's (tax payer's) arrested property under pledge/mortgage enforcement costs are not paid in advance.
