Enforcement service due for pay-bound cases constitutes 7% and no less than 50 GEL, excluding cases stipulated by "A-G" sub-articles of Part 1 of 268 Paragraph of the Civil Procedure Code of Georgia.
A creditor pays 2% of the demand to be enforced (no less than 50 GEL) while presenting the enforcement sheet to the Enforcement Bureau.
