It isn't allowed to stop or cancel a compulsory auction or withdraw an enforcement paper after the auction has been announced. The exception is the case when a prosecutor presents NBE a well-grounded demand concerning the criminal case or the decision is made by the NBE Chairperson due to the emergent situation.
