Tamta Surguladze - Enforcement Officer
I was a last-year student of the University when I heard about the internship program at NBE in spring 2009. I decided to take part. I went through all the selection procedures and was appointed an intern of a enforcement officer. I was an intern of Tbilisi Enforcement Bureau for 6 months. In October 2009 I was appointed a Enforcement Officer of the second group of Tbilisi Enforcement Bureau. I reckon that my propmotion on the career ladder has been predetermined by the internship program. Being an intern in various groups of enforcement system enabled me to study the specifications of cases of various categories.
During the internship I actively participated in trainings and seminars in order to enhance my qualification. I think one should work hard, be energetic and have a good command of law for working in NBE.
While being an intern, I realized that important reforms were conducted in our Institution. The staff were enabled to work in the best conditions and environment. Thus, it played a key role in my making a decision to work in NBE.
I wish success to everyone who will decide to become a enforcement officer.
Irakli Khvedelidze - Group Leader
In spring 2009 I learnt from the NBE official website that the Bureau was announcing vacancies for interns. I decided to take part. I passed the test and the job interview as well. As a result, I became an Intern of a enforcement officer. In June 2009 I was appointed a Enforcement Officer of Group 4 in Tbilisi Enforcement Bureau. In January 2010 I became the Head of the Group. I am a Head of Group 5 now.
The day I became an Intern, I understood the significance of the reforms that were conducted in the Bureau. Reforms are also conducted nowadays and the Institution has been offering the society new services targeted at facilitating relations with the State institution.
I'm glad there is no corruption and protectionism in the Bureau. It is proved by the fact that a number of my co-interns, having taken the inetrnship course, have been employed in the system due to their skills and abilities.
