- Elaboration and implementation of a policy on effective management of NBE personnel
- Creation of reserve cadre/personnel for NBE based introduced internship practice
- Ensuring constant professional growth and qualification development for NBE personnel
- Elaboration and introduction of a personnel evaluation system
- Elaboration and introduction of a personnel motivation system.
