A case management in NBE starts with the registration of an enforcement sheet. Legal entity of public legacy Revenue Service presents an enforcement sheet to NBE together with the following documentation:
1. Assignment
2. Enforcement sheet
3. Court verdict about the realization of the attached property of a tax payer at a public auction
4. Census-Attachment Act enlisting the attached items
5. In compliance with the Act of Comparison, budget liabilities are calculated during the realization of the property.
As refers to the enforcement service due, it totals 7% of the demand to be enforced. A creditor (Revenue Service) doesn't have to pre-pay it and it has to be covered by a debtor (a tax payer) immediately after the enforcement begins.
