In general, when the volume of a creditor's demand increases as a result of adding profit or/ and fine to the core amount, setting down profit and/or fine to the core amount of a creditor's demand is ceased on the very day the enforcement proceedings start. The situation is quite the opposite in case the demand belongs to Tax Inspection. Namely, the Tax Inspection demand is identified by the day the compulsory auction has been finished (not by the start of enforcement proceedings) according to the data issued by the Tax Inspection (tax liabilities of a tax payer).
Other mostgagor/s (in case there exists such) should present their demand in terms of financial figures to the NBE within 10 calendar days from receiving the notification.
