Movable property is valued by the Valuation Office of NBE on the basis of the enforcement officer application. The application is enclosed with the census-attachment act of the movable property. If it's possible to set the value of the attached property, the enforcement officer himself/herself is authorized to indicate the value in the census-attachment act.
The exceptions are transport facilities for the valuation of which an enforcement officer applies to the relevant service of MIA electronically, indicating the series of a car, a state number, a number of enforcement proceeding in NBE and a specific location of the vehicle. In case a report is prepared, the expertise conclusion together with the photos of the property is sent to an enforcement officer. The case is enclosed with the documentation.
Precious metals and stones, paintings and pieces of art, antiques are also considered as exceptions. They are valued on the basis of the contract signed between the NBE and a specific expertise institution/expert.
