A transport of any kind and fire-arm are considered to be registered movable property, the registration of which is provided by Georgia's MIA. During the property quest procedures an enforcement officer applies to MIA in order to investigate and sequestrate any transport facility and fire-arm of a debtor, if there is any. Later after the sequestration the movable property will be delivered to an expert for estimating its market price and selling it at auction.
