An enforcement officer applies to Public Registry with the aim of investigating immovable property of a debtor and in case there is any. The point to clarify is whether it is legalized. Simultaneously, the enforcement officer demands that the Public Registry registers sequestration of the immovable property if such property exists. Later on the property will be delivered to an expert for appraisal and it will compulsorily be sold at auction.
