A mortgage loan is the one secured by immovable property. It is issued by both individual and legal person, including banks. A written mortgage contract is signed and registered at the National Agency of Public Registry.

Statistics of consultations provided to citizens during 9 months

The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes statistics on the consultations provided to citizens during the 9 months of 2023.
From January to September 2023, the Customer Relations Service of the National Bureau of Enforcement provided 323,837 various types of consultations to citizens, including direct consultations with 23,509 individuals.

Received and consulted 295 194 phone calls of citizens;
5134 questions received online were answered;
The National Bureau of Enforcement is ready to provide legal advice to any party in enforcement proceedings, to protect their interests and rights.
