
The National Bureau of Enforcement publishes the statistics of settlement rate for 9 months of 2023.
From January to September 2023, the rate of settlements and rescheduling between the parties in the National Bureau of Enforcement amounted to 8,771 cases;
During the reporting period, 437 cases of property recovery from illegal ownership were settled and, accordingly, forced evictions were not carried out;
In the same period, the auction announced as a result of settlement was terminated in 168 cases and the property was not sold;
From January to September 2023, fines related to state duty, administrative and criminal cases were rescheduled for 5 994 citizens;
At the end of September 2023, out of the 8,889 cases of alimony pending at the National Bureau of Enforcement, 3,447 have been resolved.
To facilitate reconciliation between parties, the managers and social workers representing their interests actively engage in the enforcement proceedings conducted by the National Bureau of Enforcement. Their primary objective, tailored to the case specifics during proceedings, involves organizing meetings for parties, facilitating settlements, providing consultations, fostering
cooperation, and petitioning relevant state agencies to seek assistance.
