Rati Bregadze, the Minister of Justice of Georgia, addressed the Parliament to discuss the mediation process introduced by the National Bureau of Enforcement.
"In the first nine months of 2023, the National Bureau of Enforcement successfully resolved 8,771 cases. This is a clear illustration of our commitment to reaching amicable resolutions despite the court's decisions, which must be immediately enforced. We exert our best efforts to facilitate dispute resolution between citizens through settlements. I extend my gratitude to all the employees actively involved in these mediation processes," noted the Minister
