
Representatives from the National Bureau of Law Enforcement presented insights on the digitalization and automation of enforcement processes in Georgia during the international conference.
At the international scientific meeting, practical examples of implementing digitization methods and electronic services to enhance enforcement proceedings in various countries were discussed.
The representatives of the Georgian delegation shared their experiences, focusing on the electronic platforms implemented by the National Bureau of Enforcement. The entire enforcement process, from initiation to the final result, including electronic case archiving consists of using the mentioned platforms.
During the meeting, participants engaged in discussions about the advantages of the technological and digitalization process, along with the potential challenges and risks that may accompany the introduction of artificial intelligence into civil proceedings.
The International Conference "THE TECHNOLOGISATION AND DIGITALISATION OF THE CIVIL PROCESS AND ENFORCEMENT" took place in Romania. It was attended by enforcement agents, judges, public servants, and researchers from different countries. From Georgia, the Head of the Kakheti Enforcement Bureau, Ilia Tavtetrishvili, and the International Relations Development Manager of the National Enforcement Bureau, Ana Arabuli, participated in the conference.
