The Deputy Ministers of Justice of Georgia extended their congratulations to the staff of the National Bureau of Enforcement on the occasion of its 15th anniversary as a legal entity operating under public law.
During a ceremony, department heads and territorial bureaus within the National Bureau of Enforcement presented comprehensive reports on their activities and future strategies.
Over the past 15 years, the National Enforcement Bureau has undergone a significant transformation, emerging as a highly efficient and modern organization compliant with European-style business processes. This transformation has positively impacted enforcement proceedings and non-enforcement services, making the Georgian enforcement system transparent, electronic, and fully accessible.
In addition to enhancing effective enforcement, the function of mediation has grown, aiming to protect the interests of the parties involved and the rights of children. As the mediation process strengthens, the rate of dispute resolution sees a noticeable increase.
To promote awareness of enforcement procedures and services, a proactive communication and information campaign about enforcement law has been launched among high school and university students, as well as representatives of ethnic minorities.
The use of non-enforcement services has notably increased, involving a broader use of summary proceedings, statement of facts, and property valuation services.
The citizen consultation service has expanded and developed programmatically, minimizing waiting times for both physical and telephone consultations. Digitization of archived materials has been achieved, resulting in the establishment of a comprehensive digital archive.
The National Bureau of Enforcement remains committed to development, continuously improving its legal framework and progressively incorporating modern technologies. Initiatives are underway to introduce artificial intelligence into enforcement proceedings and fully automate the process.
The event dedicated to the 15th anniversary was attended by the Deputy Ministers of Justice of Georgia: Erekle Gvinianidze, Buba Lomuashvili, and Tornike Cheishvili.
Following a comprehensive assessment of previous achievements and an extensive conversation about future initiatives, Chairman Mirian Kharabadze expressed his gratitude to 25 employees for the conscientious performance of their duties.
The National Bureau of Law Enforcement was established on October 1, 2008.
