On 23, January 2009 National Bureau of Enforcement and ABA signed Memorandum of Understanding on the basis of which ABA granted the NBE software for checking up tests, used to correct the papers of the applicants during the examinations of interns as well as the enforcement agents.
In addition, ABA provided financial support for the elaboration of a case management software for the National Bureau of Enforcement. The software has been introduced in January, 2010.
