Swedish International Development Agency

In cooperation with Swedish International Development Agency (SIDA), a project has been developed on establishing mutual partnership between National Bureau of Enforcement of Georgia (NBE) and Swedish Enforcement Agency (SEA).

Project objectives:

• Exchange of professional information regarding the international development of enforcement services

• Support to the implementation of the NBE strategic plan in areas where the SEA experience is especially relevant

• Strategic dialog on senior management level and informal meetings and advice when such opportunities arise, for example during international meetings and conferences

Project will cover the following components:

• Development of enforcement services

• Development of management skills and capacities of NBE staff

• Development of professional skills and culture of NBE staff

A detail activity plan will be elaborated based on the baseline study, which is to be carried out during the induction phase of the project.
