
1. Soliciting immovable goods from illegal use:
This means soliciting an immovable property from illegal use or ownership and/or transferring it to a creditor for ownership and use. From 2008 till August 2013 NBE conducted 676 such cases. See the annual statistics below:

Note: 1. Most of the cases conducted by the Bureau in 2008-2013 regarding the soliciting of immovable goods from illegal use aren't credit, mortgage or loan-related ones.
Note 2. It is also worth mentioning that besides Enforcement Police Office of NBE, such cases are enforced by Ministry of Internal Affairs as well.
2. Immovable Property put up for auction by NBE:
NBE conducts the realization of immovable property on auctions. E-auctions have been held since 2010. From 2011 till 2013 NBE realized 3206 immovable goods on auctions. The process considers realization of not only dwellings but all sorts of immovable goods. See the annual statistics below:

3. Auctioning service provided by NBE to private enforcement agents on immovable property:
Auctioning service is provided to private enforcement agents as well. See the relevant statistics below:

Note: The statistics include not only realization cases on dwellings, but all sorts of immovable property - economic and non-economic plots of land, premises used or not used for residence, flats, etc.
