- Sides of the enforcement proceeding are obliged to get to the relevant BE in case they are summoned by a bailiff and participate in enforcement-related activities, provide them with oral and written information if it is mandatory for the goals of enforcement proceeding.
- A debtor is obliged to present the property list within 5 days form the legal demand of NBE and a written guarantee that the tidings are accurate and full-scale. after issuing the guarantee, a debtor has to additionally inform NBE about further purchasing the property or gaining the property rights, or in case any legal relations are generated in relation to the property. Avoiding to present the property list, refusing to issue a written guarantee, releasing inaccurate information on purpose is charged according to the Georgian legislation.
- If an enforcement officer detects certain gap, a creditor is obliged to fill it up within the terms given. Otherwise, an enforcement paper will be returned back unfulfiled.
"Law on Enforcement Proceedings" of Georgia gives the parties definite commitments, unfulfilment of which is charged accordingly.
