In order to put up the attached property for auction, it is necessary to appraise it setting its market value.
Market value is a price, via which the valuated item can be alienated in competitive terms on open market, when the negotiating parties act reasonably and obtain all the necessary data. None of the special events have any impact on the value rate.
An enforcement officer applies to a relevant structural unit of NBE - Valuation Office - with the purpose to appraise the attached property. If it's possible to set the value of the attached property, the enforcement officer himself/herself is authorized to indicate the value in the census-attachment act. An enforcement officer can even call on an expert or an auditor for property valuation purposes.
Valuation procedure can be conducted during the census of the property. Market price of every single attached item should be indicated in the census act.
